Lipo dissolve and lipo dissolve ultra or mesotherapy are some other methods available for removal of fat. It is a non surgical procedure and is recommended for fat loss from areas like abdominal flanks, upper arms and upper hips. But mesotherapy is only recommended for small scale fat removal. For large scale fat removal, go for surgical liposuction.
